For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If you require your order urgently please do get in touch. We will always try our best to meet your requirements where possible.

For all international orders, delivery times will vary accordingly.

How will my order be delivered?

Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or Special Delivery depending on their value.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Our international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Delivery timescales will vary depending of each country.

Once dispatched we will be in touch to give you your tracking details.

We are taking the necessary steps to reduce our waste, therefore we’ve moved over recyclable boxes.

Does my order come in a gift box?

Each piece of Elizabeth Designs jewellery will arrive in a eco-friendly branded presentation box with a soft black foam insert.

We place a small anti-tarnish tab which sits inside underneath the black foam.

As a finishing touch, each order is gift wrapped using green kraft paper and ribbon.

Please note, we only use brown tape when we gift wrap our orders.
