Elizabeth Designs collects data so that we can:

How do we store your data?

  • We have physical documentation of your order which is stored securely in our workshop.  This is for legitimate reasons such as Tax purposes.  This data is stored for up to 7 years.

  • We store digital copies of completed lockets with your photographs positioned for up to 6 months.  Original photographs sent to us are removed/deleted from our system once your order has been completed and dispatched.

We use data that’s collected and held by third party providers.

  • Squarespace is a third party data processor and they host our website.  Squarespace collects personal data when you visit our website, including: Information about your browser, network and device. Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website. Your IP address.  This data is stored with Squarespace.  Please see below link to view their privacy policy. 

  • We use Mailchimp to send and manage email campaigns, advertisements, and create Landing Pages.  Mailchimp also provide us with data analytics and insights to help improve our marketing activities.  This data is stored with Mailchimp.  Please see below link to view their privacy policy. 

  • We use PayPal for our website online transactions.  Once you proceed to checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website where they will take card/payment details and processing service.  This data is stored with PayPal.  Please see link below to view their privacy policy.

  • We use Google Analytics to track website activity such as session duration, pages per session, number of visits and demographics.  This data is held with Google.  Please see link below to view their privacy policy.

  • Royal Mail Click and Drop is the service we use to dispatch your order.  Your personal data such as name and address only is transferred to their system to produce postage labels.  Please see below link to view their privacy policy.
