We have physical documentation of your order which is stored securely in our workshop. This is for legitimate reasons such as Tax purposes. This data is stored for up to 7 years.
We store digital copies of completed lockets with your photographs positioned for up to 6 months. Original photographs sent to us are removed/deleted from our system once your order has been completed and dispatched.
We use data that’s collected and held by third party providers.
Squarespace is a third party data processor and they host our website. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit our website, including: Information about your browser, network and device.
