Hello, my name is Lauren and I’m the person behind Elizabeth Designs, Elizabeth being my middle name.

I lovingly hand craft sterling silver and 9ct gold jewellery that’s designed to give the wearer a thoughtful piece of jewellery that’s intensely personal to them.

Working for a photographic retailer for many years gave me a great insight and understanding as to how important family photographs are.  They are treasured and passed down through generations along with their stories.

It led me towards designing meaningful jewellery beginning with lockets that are so sentimental to the wearer.

Soon to follow were the  birthday necklaces, timeless pieces that can symbolise different life milestones.

What you can expect from me

    Handmade Jewellery

    Each piece of jewellery is lovingly made by hand in my home studio on the South Coast. I use sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold, crafted from 100% recycled materials wherever possible, and sourced from trusted UK suppliers.

  • Hallmarked

    When selling gold or silver jewellery over a specific weight, it is legally required to have the item hallmarked. Sterling silver pieces weighing over 7.78g and gold pieces over 1g must be hallmarked. All my pieces that meet these weight requirements are hallmarked by the London Assay Office. Each hallmark features my maker's mark, 'LEB,' followed by the traditional fineness mark, millesimal fineness mark, the Assay Office mark, and a letter indicating the year.

  • Communication

    I manage every aspect of my business which means if you need to contact me, you’ll be dealing with me directly & I’ll do my best to help answer any questions you may have. You can reach me by submitting an enquiry under the contact page on my website.

  • Gift Wrapped

    There’s no need to worry about gift wrapping . I’ll take care of this for you! All orders placed through my website are gift wrapped using recyclable paper and packed in eco friendly boxes with an option of a hand written gift card. These options are found during the checkout stage.

  • Free Delivery

    I offer free delivery on UK orders and I always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as I can. For in stock items, this is normally between 1-3 days excluding weekends. Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. The delivery turnaround is between 2-3 days. There’s also an option to upgrade your delivery during the check out stage to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £5, which will speed up the delivery to next day once it’s dispatched. These orders are prioritised.
