All-round wonderful experience! Lauren not only designs and produces fantastic jewellery, her customer service is second to none! She is the most responsive person to any query, proactive, super helpful and goes way beyond just dealing with a client (answering emails over weekends, etc) who lives abroad. It almost feels as if I made a friend!
Let's not forget her designs. I bought the 50th birthday 5-ring necklace (for the second time) and the matching earrings. Both are a lovely design and quality, which were well received and appreciated by my friend. It's personal, classic and a great reminder of a significant birthday.

Bespoke 70th Birthday Necklace
I cannot recommend Elizabeth Designs highly enough! Lauren is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Having previously bought 3 pairs of her Russian ring miniature earrings (which are beautiful) Lauren has just made a bespoke Russian ring necklace for my 70th and I am thrilled with it. I have bought 2 necklaces from Lauren now and they have both been absolutely beautiful. The second was custom made with 2 gold and 2 silver rings to represent my godmother’s grandchildren.
