The tiny little silver squares are inspired by the beautiful uneven slate steps found along the Cornish coast line.
Each little silver square is cut by hand using a jewellers saw. They are then filed and soldered onto the silver rectangular base, one by one to create two lines of uneven steps.
The cufflinks feature a t-bar style fastening made from sterling silver.
They measure 12mm x 18mm.

When selling gold or silver jewellery which is over a certain weight, it is a legal requirement to have the item hallmarked. All sterling silver jewellery that weighs over 7.78g and gold jewellery that weighs over 1g should be sold with a hallmark. I'm very proud to have my own maker's mark. All my pieces that weigh over the legal requirement are hallmarked by the London Assay Office. You'll find my makers mark 'LEB' followed by the Traditional fineness mark. Millesimal fineness mark, the Assay Office mark and a letter, which represents the year.
Our jewellery has been lovingly made by hand in our home studio on the South Coast.
